We only process personal data that is necessary for our services and business communication. This includes:

- Job title and organization name

- Phone number

- telephone contact
- events or meetings
In addition, we process:
- Data about your activities on our website
- Limited analytical data about browsing behavior
3. Why do we process personal data?
We process personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Maintaining contact with customers and prospects
- Performing our services (advice, audits, guidance)
- Sending newsletters and business mailings
- Answering questions via e-mail, telephone, or chat
- Informing about changes in our services or products

We do not process personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. On what grounds do we process data?

5. How long do we keep personal data?
We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

- Data from prospects: a maximum of 3 years after the last contact

We only provide personal data to third parties if this:
- is necessary for the performance of our agreement;
- is required by a legal obligation.
We never sell your data to third parties.
7. Website use and statistics
iQomply only uses limited, privacy-friendly statistics to gain insight into the use of the website and to improve its operation. No personal data is stored that is directly traceable to you, such as IP addresses or location data.
We do not use tracking for commercial profiling or identifying individual visitors.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
iQomply only uses:

9. Communication via WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams
iQomply uses WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams for communication. When you contact us via these channels, we process the personal data that you provide to us, such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and the content of the communication.
These communication channels are used exclusively for business communication and to support our services. We do not use the received data for other purposes.
WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams process personal data as independent data controllers in accordance with their own privacy terms. iQomply has no influence on the way in which these parties further process personal data.
If you do not want to use these means of communication, you can always contact us via e-mail or telephone.
10. Your rights
You have the right to:

- correct or delete your personal data;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to processing;
- have your data transferred (data portability).
You can unsubscribe from newsletters via the unsubscribe link in each mailing.

We will respond within four weeks at the latest.
To verify your identity, we may ask for a copy of an identity document. Please make your photo, BSN, passport number, and MRZ unreadable.
11. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data? You can submit this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority via https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
12. Security of personal data
iQomply takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
